Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Good super fresh salmon filet
- Ponzu sauce
- Broccoli sprouts
Miso Sauce:
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white or yellow miso
- 2 large garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup olive oil Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
Directions
Miso Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Take the salmon filet and trim it. Now with a blow torch sear the outside until it just changes color.
Now cut into thin filets as in the photo.
Arrange on a plate and add some greens now spoon a little of the miso dressing around the plate followed by a splash of the ponzu sauce. That’s is ezzee peezzee japaneezeee…….or something like that…enjoy!
