Ingredients
- Smoked white fish
- Salmon
- Prawns
- Shellfish
- Cheddar cheese
- Heavy cream
- Scallions
- Fish stock
- Potatoes
- Butter
Directions
Make a pom puree, mashed potatoes with a lot of cream and butter mix until its very smooth this will be for the topping.
Now in a sauce pan put 2 cups heavy cream and add 1/3 cup of fish stock and reduce by 1/3.
Now cut all the fish into small cubes and place on the bottom of a baking dish, add shellfish, scallion and now the cream/stock mixture.
Grate some sharp cheddar cheese, or any other cheese you prefer.
Now cover the top with the pom puree and bake at 400 degrees for 30 min or until potatoes are nice and golden brown.
This is just an amazing dish for winter and can be served family style.
