FOOD PORN! Pan Fried Seabass with Broccoli Rabe and Beurre Blanc
Seabass Filet, dredge in seasoned flour then into egg wash. Hot pan olive oil cook on each side until golden then into a 350degree oven for 6 min to finish. Serve with Saute Broccoli Rabe and a Beurre Blanc Sauce. (combine vinegar, lemon juice, shallots, salt & pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce to about 1 1/2 tablespoons. Remove from heat and beat in half the butter until creamy)
