Perfect and I mean perfect for any large party , get together or celebration of the latest moon walk who cares any excuse to eat these is a good excuse. Real easy and I made these with the super bowl in mind for my Chicago friends.

  • Non high fructose corn syrup ketchup

  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper

Directions

Start by making your little hamburger patties you want them to be about 1oz or so roll them out and now season them with kosher salt and pepper.

Now hot pan canola oil make sure the pan is hot and now fry the burgers on the first side about 2 min turn over and finish another min you can touch them they should have some spring to them.

Take out of pan and let rest.
Now take your hamburger bun and cut all the tops and bottoms into 6 pieces and do the same to you American cheese.
To assemble take one mini burger patty, put one slice of cheese on top followed by the bun secured by the toothpick.
Now into a 350 degree oven until the cheese is slightly melting and this will also toast the bun.
Take out and serve with the ketchup on the plate so people can drag it through the ketchup and eat!

Enjoy these kids they are addicting.
