Tuna with Benny&#8217;s Exotic Fusion Spice"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div readability=\"50.027146001467\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<!--post content--><\/p>\n<p>\t<!--\t\t\t\n\t\t.easy-nivo-slider-first .nivo-controlNav { \n\t\t\tbottom:0px; \t\n\t\t} \n\t\t.easy-nivo-slider-second .nivo-controlNav { \n\t\t\tbottom:0px; \t\n\t\t} \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t.easy-nivo-slider-widget .nivo-controlNav { \t\n\t\t\tbottom:0px; \t\n\t\t}  -->\t<\/p>\n<p>Had a real inspiration to use my new &#8220;Benny&#8217;s Exotic Fusion Spice&#8221;\u00a0 today I just had to start tasting and figuring out what to do for a unique way to use it.\u00a0 I knew right away I was going to make this French tuna dish\u00a0 and it turned out great, check it out&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>4 oz tuna portion (thick is better one inch or so)<\/p>\n<p>Benny&#8217;s Exotic Fusion Spice<\/p>\n<p>Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>Splash Heavy Cream<\/p>\n<p>Splash Congnac<\/p>\n<p>kosher salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Method:<\/p>\n<p>Season the tuna with Benny&#8217;s Exotic Fusion Spice making sure to really push it into the tuna and have a little extra on the side for the finishing sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Olive oil medium hot pan and sear the tuna on one side for 2 min or until you can see the tuna cooked 1\/8 of the way through. Now turn over add a little seasoning of kosher salt and pepper.
