Ingredients
- 8-10 chicken drummettes
- 4 tablespoons asian chili garlic sauce you can also use Saracha
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 4 tablespoons honey
- kosher salt and pepper
- sliced scallions
Directions
Start with the chicken in a pan seasoned and roast at 450 degrees until nicely browned drain fat.
Combine the garlic, Asian chili garlic sauce and honey into 2 cups of water and pour over the chicken.
Back into a 450 degree oven uncovered and check and turn the chicken after 15 min or so continue reducing the liquid for around another 10-15 min depending on your pan and the amount of chicken.
Once the water is reduced and the sauce is starting to form keep basting the chicken every 2 min or so until the sauce is a nice glaze on the chicken.
Plate, pour sauce around and finish with some sliced scallion. So good this one!
