Ingredients
- 4 Anehiem Chilies
- 1 cup Lebneh or Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Feta Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Favorite chopped herbs parsley, chives, thyme any that you fancy
- olive oil
Directions
These are easy follow my quick directions.
First take the Lebneh/Yogurt and feta cheese and mix them together with about a tablespoon of olive oil. Now once you have that mix in your chopped fresh herbs and taste for balance of flavor. Now take your peppers and make a split down one side and open them up. If you want to have extra heat dont take out the seeds if you want it a little cleaner you can clean the seeds and membrane. Now take your cheese filling and just fill the inside as much as you can scraping off any real excess. (you can see in the photo how much I filled them)
Put them in a pan and drizzle a little olive oil onto them and place in a 400 degree oven uncovered until the cheese is bubbling and the peppers are starting to char a little about 10-15min. That’s it! Give this one a try this will beat those frozen boxed poppers anytime and much more heatlhy as well.
Enjoy,
Benny
