Ingredients
- 2 pounds Korean short ribs beef
Marinade:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- One cup light soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 6 cloves chopped garlic
- large knob of ginger grated
Directions
Pour the marinade over the ribs in a large freezer bag and let soak up the goodness for at least 24 hours if not three days.
With a really hot grill cook them until they are caramelized finish with some sliced scallion.
To serve I cut into one bone portions and finish with some chopped scallions and sesame seeds.

NOTE: you can get regular short ribs and if you’re nice to your butcher ask him to cut them Asian style I’m sure he won’t mind.
