Ingredients
- Fresh Green beans
- Canola oil for frying
Batter:
- One cup of sweet rice flour
- Bottle of seltzer water or club soda
- Dash of kosher salt. Start adding the seltzer to the rice flour whisking and adding until you have a runny batter almost like thick chocolate milk
Spicy Mayo:
- 4 tablespoon Japanese mayo
- 1 tablespoon saracha sauce
- A few drops of sesame chili oil Mix all ingredients well and chill in fridge
Directions
Heat oil to 350 degrees, coat the beans in the rice flour batter, shake off excess and fry until just getting a slight golden color.
Drain on paper towel and serve in huge batches and eat until you see blue dots.
