FOOD PORN! Jalapeno Popper!

Cheese mixture of, 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/2 cup goat cheese, tbsp olive oil, handful of chopped chives, stuff into hollowed Jalapeno peppers drizzle with olive oil and roast at 375 degrees until they look like this. Finish with a nice frosty shot of Patron Silver! Leave the seeds in for heat!
