FOOD PORN! Spicy Tofu and Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
4 oz cooked chicken sliced thin
4 oz cubed firm tofu
2 cups napa cabbage
fresh chili
roasted red pepper
4 cloves of garlic
knob of ginger chopped
one onion sliced
white wine
vegetable oil
cilantro
Sauce:
tablespoon brown sugar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, shake of sesame oil, tablespoon rice wine vinegar
Screaming hot wok, oil in when it smokes add the chili, onion, garlic and ginger, lets sit for 30 sec, add the chicken and splash of white wine cook until dry, transfer to bowl, tofu and cabbage in and stir fry until cabbage wilted. add back the other ingredients add a few tablespoons of sauce stir fry together until the sauce is tight on the ingredients check for seasoning. Garnish with fresh cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.
