Just a bunch of delicious fun just mini sized. This one very easy, love these with a nice cold beer. I would purchase wonton wrappers don’t bother to make them, as long as they are good quality with no more than 5 ingredients your good to go.

Servings

4 servings

Ingredients

  • Won Ton wrappers
  • Fresh basil

Pork filling:

  • One pound ground pork meat
  • Large knob of ginger grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic grated
  • Teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Dipping sauce:

  • Equal parts soy sauce and rice wine vinegar
  • fresh chili for some heat

Directions

Mix all ingredients together for the filling. Now take a little teaspoon of this pork mixture and pan fry it so you can taste it and make sure there is enough of what you like, garlic, soy etc., this is a good way to make sure your filing is rock star status taste.

Take the won ton wrapper and lay on cutting board, now take a piece of fresh basil leaf and lay in the middle. Now take a teaspoon of the pork filling and put on top. Now dip your finger into water and run it around the outside this will help glue it together. Roll it into a short cigar like you can see in the photos folding in the ends as you roll.

Once you have several of these done you’re going to fry them in batches at 350 degrees until they are golden brown. Keep them hot in a 220 degree oven if necessary but best eaten right away serve with the dipping sauce.

People will go crazy for this one Enjoy kids!
