Here is an easy peezy way to hop up a chicken wing that will put you on the streets of Korea. Really easy and perfect for parties or pretty much anytime.

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken wings separated into wings and drumettes
  • Canola oil for frying
  • One spring onion finely chopped

Dipping sauce:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon siracha sauce. Blend together and set aside

Directions

Start by frying the wings in canola oil @ 375 degrees for about 12-15 min until golden brown.

Now toss in a bowl with 1/3 of the dipping sauce and plate with the spring onion.

Serve with the dipping sauce on the side and ..well rock out!
