Best Guacamole ever! With Smoked Paprika Pita

Ingredients
- 2 haas avocados
- Clove of garlic finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño finely chopped
- Juice of one lime
- Dash of Cumin
- One small onion finely chopped
- Handful of cilantro chopped
- Kosher salt to taste
Directions
In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat.
Add the salt, cumin, and jalapeño and mash but keep it chunky you don’t want a paste.
Then, fold in the onions, cilantro, and garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice. Serve ASAP for best freshness.
Serve with Smoked Paprika Pita: take pita bread, hot pan olive oil add some smoked paprika and toast each side of the pita in the oil.
Note: I don’t use a food processor as I like the texture of the hand mashed avocados. I don’t find having guacamole purred like baby food very interesting.
